Gimmick: Jaelyn is not an over the top evil cartoon villain. She's a person, she's affable enough outside the ring. However:
A. She tends to see the fans as nothing more than walking dollar signs due to a disillusioned view of the business. More so from what she's seen looking around, than from her own experiences- not that they've been pleasant themselves.
B. Her showmanship and theatrical flair gets taken to such a ridiculous degree that it rubs people the wrong way. Whether she's showing off, or overreacting (physically not verbally) to getting hit by a punch or clothesline to such a degree that it's clear she's either mocking her opponent or just couldn't help but to overdramaticize things.

Entrance description: Boos mixed with a few whistles and cat calls fill the arena as the opening guitar chords of I Believe In A Thing Called Love hit the speakers and the crimson haired bombshell Jaelyn Rose makes her way out onto the stage. After surveying her surroundings, a confident grin tugs at her lips and she starts making her way down the ramp at a leisurely pace. Her gait picks up a bit as she approaches the ring and runs up the steps onto the apron. Spinning, she leans back against the ropes and holds the pose for a second before doing a back flip into the ring and landing on her feet. Taking the center of the ring, she holds her arms out and soaks in the reaction before taking her corner.
Bio: An important thing to know about Jaelyn is that her grandparents ran a fairly successful touring Circus company, for two reasons. One, because it ingrained in her a love of the flashy, the over the top, the acrobatic. Two, the time she did spend around her grandparents instilled a little bit of a carny attitude in her from a young age. Naturally, she was a perfect fit for the wrestling business. After training at the same school in Phoenix as her friend Katherine Sasso (nee Reynolds), she got a developmental contract from a fairly large company. Unfortunately, it became clear after a bit that they were more interested in using her as eye candy than anything else. There was one positive though, as she me an ex-college football star named Brady Neal who was also in the feeder system and they became close friends. After her contract was terminated for a broach of one of their silly, nitpicky conduct rules before ever hitting the main roster, she hit the independent circuit. Despite bouncing around, never getting another shot with a worldwide company, she managed to do fairly well for herself financially. She shrewdly balanced her travel expenses with her payouts, making sure not to make any stupid business decisions. In addition, she was quite adept at designing merchandise, marketing herself online, and convincing fans to buy random crap she shilled at the gimmick tables she'd set up. The cult following she grew made it easier as time went on to charge a decent appearance fee for conventions. On the side, she served as a manager of sort for Brady, once he hit the open market as well. She handled the business end of things, webmastered his site and helped market him until he got a contract with a reputable company. Now she's signed on with PWR with the intentions of this being her big break.

Other Notes: She doesn't necessarily follow the typical face/heel archetypes when deciding who she likes. She likes who she likes, regardless of alignment. That being said? The list of people who she takes issue with is likely to be a long one, and even if she likes you it doesn't necessarily mean she wants to work with you. As far as cheating, she's not necessarily adverse to it but she won't do it all the time. She has confidence in her skills; if she thinks it'll piss off someone she doesn't like though, she'll gladly bend the rules.
